Motorola announce a new android smartphone which is called Motorola Defy Mini XT320. It is not available yet but it will be came very soon. It has a 3.2 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution, multi touch, touch sensitive controls and it also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. It has a very attractive body design with the dimension of 109 x 58.5 x 12.6 mm. It is a light weighted phone. the weight of this phone is 107g.
It has no internal memory but it has 512 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM and support also upto 32 GB micro SD card. It powered by Android OS, v2.3 and run by 600 MHz processor. Motorola Defy Mini XT320 is greatly equiped with 3.15 MP camera with 2048×1536 pixels resolution, LED flash and Geo-tagging and it also has a VGA front camera.
